Steve was born November 13, 1952, in Winnsboro, S.C. to Tillman Evans and Helen Roberts. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers and a sister. Steve is survived by his wife, Georgianna Siokos Evans.
Steve lived a life of abundance, from traveling the world to mastering the skill of woodworking and becoming a 5th degree black belt in Karate. When he found time to relax, Steve enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at The Windermere Club, 1101 Longtown Road East, Blythewood, SC 29016.
