There are so many memories, great memories I could go on and on about, but my favorite memory of my momma was when I met her. I grew up without a mom, just my dad. The day I met Tammy, I was only 17 years old. She took me in as if she gave birth to me herself. Ever since she has been my mother.
Mom, I love you. The emptiness in my heart from losing you can't be filled by no other. I miss you so much and I will try my best to do the things you asked me to do before you went home in heaven.

I will never forget the 'crazy lady' that stalked me on Facebook wanting to know who her son was taking out. Or the time while her son was serving our country, I had my two babies at her home. We were playing cards and my baby kept saying 'Hey, Hey' and Tammy would ignore her. Finally my baby yells "MeMe" and Tammy turned her head and looked at me and said 'Well, guess she knows something we don't know'. And here we are 8 years later, her name was always MeMe and I married her son. She was right and most importantly she loves this story. We were just talking about it the other day. MeMe enjoyed life and these last few weeks she was different to me. It seemed that every look, hug, and kiss was more cherished than it already was. I was happy to spend Christmas and New Years with just her to give her the attention she needed and love she needed. MeMe was a very forgiving person and had strong feelings about family. Not just blood family but she always said that you could make your own family. She adopted many people into her life and said they were family. She loved to have fun. Her family misses her dearly!

Love you to the moon and back MeMe.

Tammy loved life! She really set a good example for her kindness, love and always had a smile on that beautiful face. I could be down and out and all I had to do was text or call Tammy and she would lift up my spirits. She truly will be missed by me and my family. My prayers are with the family at this time of there lost. I love you Tammy and I know you are looking down on me. We will reunite. God rest your soul.

Tamara aka TamTam (to me)
We met in September of 2017 through Douglas A Gantt Jr. I was nervous meeting you because Douglas had told me you guys background. However, after I sat on your couch and we talked. Felt like I'd known you all my life. We shared laughs, tears, and memories. I'm grateful for each one, but selfish human me wanted more time. I know that your no longer in any pain, no worry, nothing but pure joy where you are now.

Your bird will always miss you, and Douglas and I will take you with us wherever we go. We love you Tamara aka TamTam.

I really can not believe you are not here with us. You have been a friend to me for over 27 years, Even though we have had our ups and downs during our friendship you have always been in my heart and will forever be an important person to me. I am sitting here at work with tears in my eyes just thinking that we will never be able to joke again about me being "your boss" or being able to call you when I needed to talk or needed to be able to laugh. Thinking about how much of an influence you were in helping me raise Kimberly and how you use to say "PEOPLE" would get mad when you would say I was your best friend. I am sorry for all the times I have ever let you down and I will forever miss you. I love you mean it

My momma can't no words calculate she was force of nature a woman who loved her God so very much and she was human and flawed in the most beautiful ways she never failed to help people and never wanted anything in return she never one time not once let me down when I needed her she taught me how to be a good man and fine husband she was always proud of her boys even if we didn't think it was a big deal and I will never again feel love like I felt from her not ever
