WEST COLUMBIA – A memorial service for Teresa Adkins-Williams, 55, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 25, 2017 at Elmwood Chapel.
A daughter of the late Shirley and Charles R. Adkins, Jr., she was born June 28, 1962 in Richland County and passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Leaphart (Amber) and grandchild, Tegan Leaphart and loved one, Ronnie Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents.
