Thomas Anthony Rico

Services will be announced at a later date in his hometown of Ballinger, Texas.

Thomas was born October 7, 1963 and raised by his beloved grandparents, Julia and Dimas Rico. Rico was a hardworking man and made friends everywhere he went. He will be remembered for his strong but kind personality. He always wanted to help where he could and he was known as the kind of guy who you wanted to have your back. Rico loved the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros and love jamming out to the classics like AC/DC, The Eagles, Pink Floyd, Mazz and ELO to name a few.

In addition to his grandparents he is predeceased by his two brothers, Adam Lugo and Marty Lugo.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 39 years, Becky Rico; four children, Angela Burns, Allyson Rico, Alondra Rico, Allyssa Rico; two grandchildren, Robert and Dawson; a sister, Freda Perez; brother, Kenneth Burchfield; aunt and uncle, Monica and Mike Reed; and his best friends, Greg , Daniel, Bubba, Johnny, Skippy and Arturo.
