Victoria Stewart

A memorial service for Victoria Brazell Stewart, 48, of Columbia, will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 11 o’clock at Petersen Presbyterian Church, 8131 Brookfield Road, Columbia with the Pastor James Blackwelder, CLP officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen for The cure Foundation, PO Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309 or the American Cancer Society, SC Division, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210. Shives Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Mrs. Stewart died unexpectedly Saturday, February 4, 2012. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter pf Douglas Warner Brazell and the late Dorothy Gaskins Brazell. A member of Petersen Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir, Vicki served 25 years as a Pharmacy Technician for the SC Dept. of Mental Health and was a dedicated Girl Scout troop leader.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, James Stewart; daughters, Jennie Victoria Stewart and Dorothy Leslie Stewart all of Columbia; brother, Robert (Amy) Brazell of Irmo; father, Douglas Brazell of Columbia, father-in-law and mother-in-law James A. (Margaret) Stewart of Columbia; aunt, Janice (Ben) Cramer of Nashville, TN.
