I was so sad to hear of Rick's passing. we always had a great time at Wachovia and golfing at Coldstream Country Club.  He will be missed.  Good Bye old friend

So sorry to hear of Rick's passing. I always looked forward to our annual retreat to Edisto. Jeff and Rick would drag this hacker golfer along on the golf course and Rick was a true and kind gentleman and friend.  Edisto will never be the same without Rick.  May God comfort his family during this sad time.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I know he will be missed by many.   "BeGood" was a younger brother in college and a brother for life.

Met Rick one summer 40 years ago at The Governors House Inn in Myrtle Beach & haven't seen him since. What a surprise to find out he is the 1st cousin of a dear friend, Fredi Fulmer. Small world, wonderful family. May God bless them with a peace that passes all under standing during this time of grief.

To all of Ricky's family, I am very sorry to hear of the death of my "Big Brother" in Sigma Nu while I was at USC. Ricky Fulmer was a Southern Gentleman as good as it possibly can get. I am very sorry that his Life ended much earlier than it should have.
He was the "Big Brother" I needed when I was only a young freshman at USC and joining EN.
I got very lucky to have him as that. I will see all of you to say "Good Bye" to Ricky Fulmer on Tuesday in Columbia.
