

A memorial service to celebrate Adam’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 1, 2014 in Edgewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA, 31907. Reverend Jimmy Culpepper will be officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service in Edgewood Hall.
Adam was born July 5, 1983 in Columbus, son of Mark and Anne Arnold Lindsey. He graduated from Hardaway High School in 2001 and earned diplomas in Cabinet making and Industrial Maintenance from Columbus Tech. Adam loved to play soccer and was coached by his father for many years. He loved nature as a young man and loved swimming and being with his family. Adam’s world was centered on his family. There was a special place in his heart for his niece, Addey, and his nephews’, Brayden and Sean.
Adam loved to write and sing music with his hand crafted guitars and flutes. He taught himself to play the guitar, piano, flute, and harmonica. Adam was also an accomplished sword sharpener. In addition to his many talents, Adam was also an accomplished artist. His portfolio includes many portraits of famous people and family.
In addition to his parents, Adam is survived by his sisters, Amy Lindsey Green and her husband, Michael, and Kelly Lindsey Mueller and her husband, Chris, his niece, Addey Mueller, his nephews, Brayden Green and Sean Mueller, his aunts and uncles, Robin and Marion Snyder and Patricia and Robert Johnson, and many other family members and friends.
