She was born to Franklin Ivey McCullough and Claudia Martin on April 6, 1981 in Columbus, Georgia
Alicia was a loving partner, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She shared beautiful 18 years with her loving partner, Brian Kensey. She was known for her big smile, contagious laughter, and her ability to make those around her feel loved. Alicia loved everyone, and everyone who knew her loved her deeply.
She had a special love for animals and spent much of her time helping and donating to shelters and supporting animals in need. She also had a lifelong passion for cars; loved attending car shows and watching car-related movies, a passion she shared with her father.
Alicia worked for American Building for 25 years, where she dedicated many years of her life to her career.
She was preceded in death by her father, Franklin “Joe” Ivey McCullough.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Kersey; son, Gavin Kersey; mother, Claudia Martin; brother, Duane McCullough; step-father, Wayne Martin; mother-in-law, Karen Kersey; sister-in-law, Jeni McCullough; and nephew, Nik McCullough.
A celebration of life service will be held at Striffler-Hamby in Fisher Chapel at 2:00 PM located at 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
