When I would pick up the phone and hear Mrs. Moore's voice, it always gave my day a happy lift. She was one of the sweetest, kindest and smartest ladies I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She loved her family with all her heart and was very proud of their accomplishments. She will be truly missed.

A great Grandma and a great woman who showed much love to her family. She will be missed greatly.

As the newest member of the family, I was nervous to meet my new mother-in-law. I was soon put at ease as Arlene hugged my neck and welcomed me to the family. I should have known, my new wife Lynn had learned to be incredibly sweet and gernerous, as most girls do, from her mother. Often when we visited during holidays or her birthday, the others would go off shopping and leave Arlene and I to watch the ballgames. This was my favorite time to spend with her as I listened to her incredible life stories filled with details like addresses, phone numbers, dates and names from her fond memories of days gone by. From these times, I learned that she enjoyed a very full and exciting life. Full of love of family and friends and adventures and places I can only hope to someday see. I found her to be an incredible person whom I grew to love and respect easlily. My life has been made much fuller by this time I got to spend with her. Thank you Arlene, for treating me like I had always been a valued member of your family. I have been proud to call you Mom.

I had the pleasure of knowing Arline for forty years. I was her first son-in law and she was my east coast mother. She accepted me as a young private in the army into her family in 1974. She treated me as a son for the rest of her life. She was always there to share our troubles and triumphs with. She shared scouting and dancing with her grandchildren. My fondest memory of her is when her first grandchild was born, she said to me she had raised 4 children of her own and wasn't going to raise any more, but this was said while she was cradling her grandson, as her daughter and I had to work. She will be missed greatly, and fondly.

My mother was a wonderful  woman who loved her children and family. She was always there for us, teaching and guiding us. Her life lessons have served me well. We were blessed to have had her for so many years and she will be missed.

I could not have asked for a better mother. You were always there for me to support me with unconditional love. After my dad passed away, I spent many evenings after work with you to keep you company and spend time with you. I will always miss you, but you will be forever in my heart. I will have all of the good memories we shared over the years. I know that you are finally reunited with dad now. Rest in peace. I will always love you with all of my heart. Love Anna

My Mom loved me unconditionally every day of her life. She taught me so many things, especially the love of books. I am thankful we had so many years with her, but I was always miss her. May she rest in the everlasting arms of God.
