Barbara J. Huggins

Barbara was a member and loved attending to Glenn Anthony Baptist Church. She loved her family and keeping her yard and flowers looking beautiful.

Barbara is survived by her loving daughters; Linda Jacobs (wife of Ricky) and Ronda Boswell (wife of Ronnie); her loving siblings, Joyce Granger (wife of John), Hazel Anderson and Gerald Norris (husband of Deborah); her loving grandchildren, Lisa DuPree (wife of Greg) and Shane Boswell (husband of Stacy), Stephen Mathis (husband of Sandi) and Joey Boswell (husband of Jennifer); and her loving eight great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Lucile (Wiggins) Norris; her loving husband, James P. Huggins and her loving sister, Hilda Blair.

Barbara’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 2:00PM in St. Elmo Chapel at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907. Rev. Hanks Reeves will be officiating. There will be a visitation on Wednesday afternoon at Striffler-Hamby from 11:00AM to 1:45PM. Burial will follow chapel service at Parkhill Cemetery.
