Dear Claire,
Marc and I send our sincere condolences.  Your mother sounds like a very exceptional person and was obvouely a huge influence on you.  Treasure all of the special times that you shared in what was her long and acconplished lifetime.

Betty Kinnett was a very kind and patient person who always made house guests feel at home. She could do just about anything and I will remember her for her intelligence and wit as well. She will missed!

So sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. Celebrate that she lived a full life and touched the lives of many others. My late wife, Linda Downing Blau, mentioned both of you as friends from Jenna David's Dance Studio as we went together at Central High. I have seen you both perform with Linda many years ago.  As a normal high school boy,I was in awe at the grace and beauty of ballet.

John, it is with much sadness to learn of Betty's passing.

Betty was, and always will be, a wonderful person.  She always treated me and my family like we were so special.  She let me stay in her singles Sunday school class until I was well into my 30s, when the average age of those in the class was 20 years old.  She gave my daughter, Cassie, a wooden replica of the First Presbyterian Church in Columbus.  In all the moves from place to place that my daughter has made, that little wooden church always occupies a prominent spot in its new surroundings.  We can all learn from Betty and John's example.

My childhood memories of Betty and John's many kindnesses have always stayed with me. May you remember her with joy.
