Carol Elaine Marchbanks Neal, December 31, 1955 - May 23, 2010 COLUMBUS, GA— Carol Elaine Marchbanks Neal, 56, died Sunday morning, May 23, 2010 at her residence at10:45 a.m. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 25 and Memorial Service will be held Wednesday May 26 at 3:00 p.m. officiated by nephew, Rev. Randy deBrabant. Both to be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary in Columbus. Mrs. Neal was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Marchbanks and sisters Geraldine Graham and Beverly Wagnon. Survivors include her husband of 38 years - Tim, daughter Jaclyn (Adam), sons Timothy (Shannon and grandson's Trent and Logan), and Tony (Liz). Also survived by sisters and brothers Peggy Scopinich (Pat), Regena Bennett, Julia Roles (John), Barbara Whitlock (Don), John Marchbanks, Paul Marchbanks (Lydia), Nancy Harrison (Al), Sharon Harris (Richard). In-laws include Aneva Keyt (Jim) , Jean Cook, Mike Neal and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Carol was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Along with her love of family, she loved singing karaoke, riding motorcycles with the Southern Cruisers Riding Club, dinner parties with her "Supper Club",and playing with her cat Joey.
