I met Ronnie when I was working on computer programs for Georgia Power in 1982 to 1988. Ronnie's knowledge help me to create a method of allocation of the DSO's that had never been attempted. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with during this time and we were able to prefect the allocation process. I am sorry for your loss. He was a person I missed having on other projects I worked on.
