Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 3, 2010 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Rd., Columbus at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Flowers will be accepted but those who wish may make memorial contributions to Edgewood Presbyterian Church, 3617 Macon Rd., Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Fouche was born in Pelham, GA on November 17, 1920 to the late Thomas Smith and Esther Ann Morrison Smith. She was a member of Edgewood Presbyterian Church and was retired from the Columbus Health Department. Mrs. Fouche was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Fouche, Sr.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Robert C., Jr. and Martha Fouche of Columbus; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon F. and Bob Turner of Nashville, TN; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Please visit www.shcolumbus.com to express condolences.
