Graveside services are scheduled at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus on Friday, July 6, 2012, 11 a.m. with Reverend Danny Courtney officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 6-8 p.m.
Mr. Trivett, son of the late Frank L. Trivett and Frances Louise Tucker Trivett, was born August 4, 1943 in Columbus. He was retired from J.H. Williams and Tools where he faithfully worked for over 20 years.
Mr. Trivett was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Dorsey. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Brenda Trivett of Box Springs, GA; three sons, James Trivett and his wife Karla of Box Springs, GA, Eric Wayne Trivett of Columbus, and Stacy Gene Trivett and his wife Charisse of Box Springs, GA; two brothers, Billy Trivett of Forest Park, GA, and David Trivett of TN; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
