A visitation will be held at 1pm, on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Mr. Pecora will be held at 2pm, Saturday, August 31, 2013 in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 4071 Macon Road Columbus. A reception will follow the service at the funeral home.

Dan W. Pecora was born September 27, 1932 in Chicago, IL to the late Anthony and Dorothy Pecora.

Mr. Pecora served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was a dedicated member of Holy Family Catholic Church, former General Manager of Pepsi-Cola of Columbus, sale route manager of Kinnett/Parmalat Dairies. He was former President of Kiwanis of South Columbus.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Leona H. Kempinski Pecora, daughter, Linda M. Nix and her husband, Roy Nix, two grandsons, David and Daniel McMahon, and one great-grandson, Gage McMahon.
