As a new employee of DCI, I was blessed to have been able to know Dan and be by his side during his final months. I miss seeing him come in and know that he is in Gods arms now and is no longer suffering. He spoke of his wife dearly during the times I made conversations with him and I know he loved her dearly. He was truly a very special man! On behalf of the employees of DCI, we will miss you Dan Foster! RIP sweet angel...Stephanie Hoover

Dan enjoyed life, family, especially wife Jo and Rory, grandchildren and Stephanie, and siblings, people, and God/church. He knew how to make peach homemade ice cream, and eating lemon meringue pie. He will be missed by family and friends, but without a doubt is now in the presence of our Lord.
Thank you for the memories, brother. Your sister, Ruth Foster Armont and family.

Jo I am so sorry for your loss. Dan was such a sweet, fun loving man. He was very kind to me when I began working in civil service many years ago. I enjoyed working with him
