Lion PDG Doug Bailey was a long-time friend of mine in the El Paso Downtown Lions Club.  He was very active in our cookouts in Cloudcroft and Ruidoso and served as our District 2T3 Governor in 2005-06. We will miss him--Lion PDG Jim Peak

Thanks for your friendship over the years.  We were always very happy to see you when you would come and visit or volunteer at the Fort.

Colonel Doug will be surely missed.
