Visitation will be 1:00pm, Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, followed by funeral services at 2:00pm with Pastor Bud Rupel officiating. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of the Pines Mausoleum in Parkhill Cemetery.
Mr. Hill was born July 27, 1924 in Girard, Alabama which is now Phenix City, he was the youngest of twelve children born to the late James David Hill and Jessie Clara Worthy Hill. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by eleven siblings and his wife Marie Thames Hill. Mr. Hill proudly served his Country in the United States Navy. He was a member of Evangel Temple Assembly of God, and retired from the Railroad.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Doug McCullar of Fortson, Georgia; granddaughter, Kimberly McCullar of Fortson, Georgia.
