Elexus “Lexy” Nicole Daniel, age 22, was born December 1, 2003, in Columbus, Georgia, and passed away August 28, 2026. Lexy will be remembered as a cherished daughter, mother, sister, and friend whose steady faith and sincere devotion to others shaped the lives of those who knew and loved her.
Lexy loved her family, and she carried that love with a loyal, thoughtful spirit that made people feel seen and valued. Compassion came naturally to her; she was generous with her time, honest in her words, and kind-hearted in the way she showed up for others. Her passion was unmistakable, and her selfless desire to help was more than an intention—it was a guiding purpose.
In her hopes for the future, Lexy held close a dream of opening a clothing store for homeless people, a vision rooted in care and dignity for those in need. Above all, she dreamed of life with her daughter, Nevaeh Daniel, and that love remains an enduring part of her legacy.
Lexy is survived by her daughter, Nevaeh Daniel; her father, James Daniel; her mother, Heather Daniel; her step mom, Kayla Cook; her grandmother, Sandra Parker; her grandma, Marie Lawhorn; her grandfather, Jeff Moore; her pawpaw, James Lawhorn; her sisters, Angel Allen, Breanna Daniel, Skyla Daniel, Emilee Daniel, and Amanda Moore; her brothers, Tyler Daniel, Jason Daniel, and Jayden Moore; her cousins, Megan McEntyre, Hunter Moore, Joe Daniel, Beth Daniel, Mikyla Adkins, Heather Goodman, and Amanda Goodman; her uncle, Joe Daniel; her aunt, Cindy McEntyre; her best friend, Kayla Hughes, and her godparents, Joanne and Rick Fowler.
