Mrs. Lebow was born September 30, 1930 in Meridian, Mississippi to the late Dudley Edward Loften and Rebecca Fiveash Loften. In addition to her parents Mrs. Lebow was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Elizabeth Lebow, and her oldest daughter Dorothy Leham.
Mrs. Lebow enjoyed traveling, spending time with friends and family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include four daughters; H.J. Lebow, Janet L. (Earl) Forelines , Joyce A.King, and Judith G. Lebow, two sons; Frank (Vickie) VanAllen, and James W. Lawton, one brother; Denny Loften, fourteen grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm on Sunday, January 19, 2014 in the Mill room of Striffler-Hamby 4071 Macon Road Columbus, followed by a service at 3:00pm in Edgewood Hall at the funeral home.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
