Frances was born on September 12, 1951; the daughter of Maurice Breen and Barbara Jean Hobt Breen. Frances graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Troy University. She worked for the State of Georgia; she worked in various locations throughout the years, working where she was needed. Frances did her best to help others as best she could. Frances loved her family, enjoyed traveling, and going to casinos.
Survivors include: her daughter, Kimberly Sandegna; her son, Steven Carson; and her grandson, Hunter Sardegna.
