Gloria J. Nicholson

Gloria was born on December 01, 1924, in Tallapoosa, Georgia to the late Plumer William and Mildred Marie Harden. She attended and graduated from Villa Rica High School. Gloria was a Baptist by faith and was a former member of Hillcrest Baptist Church of Columbus, Georgia and attended Calvary Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Gallops Senior Citizens Center. Gloria worked at Kirven’s Department Store for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Daniel Lester Lee, Sr.; her second husband, Clarence “Jack” Nicholson; and daughter, Brenda Estes.

Survivors include, her son, Daniel “Danny” Lester Lee, Jr. (Maryulla) of Leesburg, Florida; grandchildren, James Gregory “Greg” Estes (Jennifer) of Pine Mountain, Georgia, Kathleen “Kathy” Susanne Marcum of Richmond, Virginia, and Susan Nicole Lee of Gainesville, Florida; four great grandchildren, Ashton Estes and Cole Estes of Pine Mountain, Georgia, Briauna Marcum of Blacksburg, Virginia and TJ Marcum of Moseley, Virginia.
