Hartlie Diane Moore

Hartlie Diane Moore,“Sweet Baby Hartlie”, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Egleston Hospital for Children. Funeral services are scheduled at Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus on Saturday, April 8, 2017, 3 p.m.

Hartlie was diagnosed prenatally that she has a Congenital Heart Defect : a Ventricular Septal Defect. (VSD) Her initial prenatal anatomy ultrasound was astonishing and doctors did not think she would survive. But she did.

She battled a severe lung infection, open heart surgery, a severe chest infection , and 2 more surgeries to put in a pacemaker.

Unfortunately, on April 2nd, 2017 , after a long hard battle and a 4 month stay at Childrens Healthcare Of Atlanta, Hartlie was called home. Jesus healed her completely, and she no longer needs to fight.

Hartlie is survived by her father, Jose Rodriguez Cruz of Columbus; mother, Robyn Moore of Cusseta, Georgia; maternal grandparents, John and Toni Moore of Cusseta, Georgia; paternal grandparents, Luis Angel Rodriguez Cruz and Luz Cruz of Columbus, Georgia; several aunts, uncles, cousin, and many friends.
