Henry Carroll Bailey

Columbus, Georgia- Henry Carroll Bailey, age 57, resident of Columbus, died on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Serenity Place Hospice House in Dublin, Georgia. Funeral services are scheduled in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus, Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 2:00pm with Rev. Mike Reeves officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00pm. Interment to follow at Parkhill Cemetery. Pallbearers will include; Stephen Ginn, Byron Rose, Ronald McDonald, Todd Bailey, Harry Rich and Chance Miles. Honorary Pallbearers include; Joe Starling, Bubba Rose, Jonathon Starling, and James Young.

Mr. Bailey, son of the late Wilson Thomas "W.T." Bailey and Lula Alice Smith Bailey, was born March 15, 1957 in Columbus, GA. He is remembered for his big heart and caring personality to all he knew. Two special people always stood by his side; Harry Rich and Bubba Rose.

Mr. Bailey is survived by his brother, Thomas Bailey (Kay); sister, Sue Bailey Rose; brothers, Donnie Seaborn Bailey (Melonie), Charles Ronnie Bailey; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Flowers are accepted or donations can be made to Serenity Hospice House in Columbus, GA.
