

Henry Klepper, age 52, resident of Cataula, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Midtown Medical Center. Funeral services are scheduled at Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus on Monday, November 9, 2015, 3 p.m. with Pastor Rudy Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 3-5 p.m.
Mr. Klepper, son of Berta Ottle Klepper and the late Heinrich Frederick "Hank" Klepper, Sr., was born December 11, 1962 in Augsburg, Germany. He faithfully worked at Textron for over 23 years and then began a career with Columbus Technical College where he was the Project Manager, Manufacturing Economic Development for over 5 years. Henry attended Turning Point Christian Ministeries and was a member of Flat Rock Hunting Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping, but most enjoyed his quality time with family, always putting them first in his life.
Henry was preceded in death by a step -father, Salvador Zavala and a niece, Betsy Anne Dean. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Donna Klepper of Cataula, Georgia; one son and best friend, Brandon Klepper of Cataula, Georgia; his mother, Berta Klepper Zavala and her friend Cliff Fanney; step-mother, Helen Klepper; one sister, Petra Gordon and her husband Rick of Midland, Georgia; three nieces, Nicole Gordon, Molly Gilmer and her husband JJ, and Raegan Dean; three nephews, Cody Gordon, Ryan Gordon, and Jackson Dean; mother-in-law, Patricia Sweger of Hamilton, Georgia; sister-in-law, Kathy Dean and her husband Tommy of Ellerslie, Georgia; brother-in-law, Bruce Sweger and his wife Heidi; many other relatives and friends.
