Dad, I love you so much and can't tell you how much I wanted you to stay with us after this last time in the hospital . I know you were so tired and I watched you as you passed from us to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and I know you are with all of0 you family and friends who went on before.
Mom will be fine, even though she has a lot of rehab to go.
We are missing you and will always miss you here until we meet again on those Golden Shores on ther other side of Jordan, with our Lord.
You were a wonderful loving man, husband, and father to Bob, Bill, Greg, and me.
You also served our Country as a brave and loyal Soldier for 30 years, and then a wonderful citizen after. You loved us all and enjoyed our families with your grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and happy to know about the great-great grandchildren.
Rest in Peace with our Lord and your loved ones in Heaven. If our Lord has the sense of humor that I believe He has, you all are having a great time, because you all enjoyed laughing and joking with each other when you all were together. Tell them all hello for me. You are now able to enjoy them all, including your brother, Robert, who was taken from your family so soon ,in the same theater of war you were in, at the Battle of the Bulge, in WWII. I know you are catching up on everything.
I love you, Dad. Rest with them now. We will all be together one day.
