James Oliver is a name I have heard many times over the years through my dad Harrison Cochran who was James Oliver's cousin.    Dad passed away last October and James Oliver and his lovely wife renewed their acquaintance with me.     I am so sorry I did not get to visit with him before he moved to Georgia.     I was very surprised to hear of his passing, and want to extend my condolences to his family....Shirley Cochran Burson

Col Cochran was the Chief of Maint Div at Fort Benning when I first started work in civil service.  He was such a nice gentleman.  My condolences to the family.
