As a resident of the Columbus area in the 60s, I got to know Janet and her brother. I never met any nicer persons than those two. I was deeply saddened to learn of her husband's death. He was also a friend.
It is a heavy loss to the world to have lost Janet.
We are all saddened.

I was honored to be your daughter-in-law for 9 years. It wasn't enough time, I wanted so many more years of memories with you. God had a different plan. I know you are in heaven dancing and smiling right now looking down on us saying "I dont want anyone to be sad" because that's what you always did. Took care of everyone, and made sure they were happy. You will be missed more than you could ever have known. Keep dancing. Love, Kim.......

I worked with Janet at the Bank and always thought she was such a nice person. I just saw Janet back this summer and we chatted and caught up. She will be missed by many.

She was a beautiful lady, and a great friend. She got me started with dancing and meeting a lot of great people.

Janet was my first friend. My family moved to Upatoi in 1949 and she and I met soon afterward. We went to school together from first grade through high school. I was amazed that she had THREE brothers. (I only had sisters!). We had great fun over our childhood years including trying out Shug's snuff! We only did that once!!
She was a beautiful person, inside and out! I will miss her even though in recent years we didn't see each other much.
