Arrangements under the direction of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA.Jimmy Earl Tomlin, 68, of Columbus GA, passed away at St. Francis Hospital on March 26, 2014. He was born April 8, 1945 in Columbus, to the late Woodrow Tomlin and the late Florence Brogdon Tomlin. Along with his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother; Ronnie Tomlin, and his sister, Joyce Davis, both of Columbus, GA. He is survived his loving wife of 41 years, Lynn Ann Tomlin, a brother: Charles “Ray” (Ann) Tomlin of Columbus, GA, a sister; Martha (Byron) Morris of Cataula, GA, his son; Jimmy Leon (Kelli) Tomlin of Smiths Station, AL, and two grandsons; Trenton and Trevor Tomlin, both of Smiths Station, AL. Jimmy had worked for Food Vending Company for over 19 years.
