Joseph was born on November 8, 1990, to Marvin and Patricia Best. He attended Shaw High School and graduated from Kendrick High School. After high school, Joseph enlisted in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed playing video games and going to amusement parks, riding all of the rollercoasters.
Joseph leaves behind a host of family to forever cherish his memory that includes his parents, Marvin and Patricia Best; his twin brother, Daniel Best; niece, Skylar Best; and four aunts, six uncles and many cousins.
