Judy Ann Green was born on February 25, 1950 in Columbus, GA to the late Earl B. Neel and Annie Laura Neel. She was retired from Kellogg’s, she was a loving wife, mother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Kenny Green of Columbus, GA, son; Joshua Green of Nashville, TN, a brother; Earl Neel of Hamilton, GA, brother and sister-in-law; Fred (Susan) Green of Taylorsville, NC, and several nephews, and many friends.
