She was a lifelong resident of Columbus, Georgia. Kay was a graduate of Hardaway High School. She worked for many years at Ezell’s Catfish Cabin. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Kay’s gentle spirit was infectious with love, kindness and more love than the universe itself. She loved life and more than life her family.
She leaves her loving memory to be cherished by her daughter Elizabeth “Beth” Lee; her son Josh Lee and his wife Anna; her sisters Dawn Ford and Laura Langford; her grandsons Jaleb (Alex) Willis and Joseph Fleming; and several nieces and nephews. Kay is preceded in death by her parents Mary Frances and Charles Stark.
A memorial service will be held on Monday April 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the worship center of Calvary Baptist Church, Columbus, Georgia.
