Kendall Williford passed away on April 30, 2025. Kendall was born in Columbus, Georgia on July 11, 1959. She attended Hardaway High School. She was an unbelievably talented artist who used wood as her medium. Woodworking was Kendall’s superpower, and she started a successful furniture refinishing business called the Finished Touch. She dedicated 30 years to her company and ran it until her passing.
Kendall never met a stranger--she was always friendly to people and pets. When she smiled, it was with her entire being. She had a fabulously gravelly voice and could laugh all day long. Throughout her life, she always had dogs by her side.
She is preceded in death by her son Christopher R. McCook. She is survived by her sister Katherine Murray Berry (Steve) and grandchildren, Hailey Rose McCook and Christopher R. McCook Jr.
The family of Kendall will host a celebration of life service on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 5:30 pm until
7:30 pm at 4124 Sandfort Rd., Phenix City, Alabama.
Kendall will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
