Lawrence Henry

Lawrence was born in Seminole County, Georgia to the late Leon and Ruth Henry. They moved to Columbus when he was a young boy, and he graduated from Jordan High School in 1956.

Lawrence was a loving husband, father, and brother. He loved fishing and always looked forward to his fishing trips in Apalachicola Florida with his brother. In his later years, he loved watching his Westerns with a Diet Coke in hand.

Lawrence is preceded in death by his father Leon Henry, his mother Ruth Henry, brothers Robert Henry and Alton Henry. Lawrence is survived by his wife, Priscilla “Honey” Henry; sister-in-law Betty Leary Henry; his daughter Lisa (Randy) Turner; his son Larry (Tisha) Henry; and his grandchildren Katie Turner, Kallie (Andrew) Turner, Abby (Sam) Rady, and Luke Henry.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 5 from 10:30am - Noon eastern time at Valley Baptist Church in Valley, AL. in the Fellowship Hall. *Please use the left side entrance of the church*
