Lyndol Kay Wade

Funeral services will be on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Edgewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby with Pastor Mark Tipton officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 until 6:00 in the evening at the funeral home. Interment will be in Parkhill Cemetery.

Lyndol Kay Wade was born on August 31, 1932 to the late Evie Maddox Wade and Gordon W. Wade. She was a member of Harvest Pointe Church of the Nazarene, an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family. Lyndol Kay Wade will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Survivors include her children; Cynthia R. Jankiewicz, Deborah A. Gunn, Gary H. Mathis and his wife Donna, and Randy G. Mathis and his wife Lisa; grandchildren: Katrina Curenton, Stasia Rutland and her husband Michael, Josh Jankiewicz, Robert J. Gunn, Travis W. Gunn, Lindsey Mathis, Cory Mathis, and Ryan Mathis; great-grandchildren; Dylan Jankiewicz, Scarlett Jankiewicz, Matthew Rutland, Ted Rutland, Portia Sweeney, Clarance Moore, and Bree Gunn; greatgreat-grandchildren: Madison Sweeney, Trent Sweeney, and Alexandria Sweeney; sister, Frances Miller; brothers, Gene Wade and Bennie Wade; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
