Manuel Bonilla

Private Funeral Services were held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary at a prior date with Interment at Parkhill Cemetery.

Mr. Bonilla, son of the late Manuel Bonilla and Maria Ernestina Ibarra Bonilla, was born November 18, 1935 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was a self-employed painter and worked for many years in New York, Puerto Rico, and Georgia as well as working for ITT Telephone Company. Mr. Bonilla was a past member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Carole Ann Murphy Bonilla in which they raised three children together.

Mr. Bonilla is survived by his children, Manuel F. Bonilla of Stone Mountain, GA, Delia M. Betancourt and her husband Rafael of Cataula, GA, Ana M. Rodriguez of Columbus, GA; six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
