Margaret "Peggy" Elizabeth Fuller Andrews

Funeral services are scheduled on Thursday, March 3, 2016, 11:00am, at Wynnton United Methodist Church, 2412 Wynnton Road Columbus, GA., 31906, with Dr. Frank Parr officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in the St. Elmo Room of Striffler-Hamby, 4071 Macon Road Columbus, GA., from 4:00-6:00pm.

Mrs. Andrews, daughter of the late Margaret and Jimmy Fuller of Chapel, NC., was born December 6, 1942 in Durham, NC. She grew up in Columbus and attended St. Elmo School, graduated from Columbus High School Class of 1961, and graduated with honors from the University of Georgia. Mrs. Andrews was active in many organizations to include; Woman’s Club of Cataula, Oglethorpe Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution, Columbus Chapter Daughters of the American Colonists, Columbus Chapter Colonial Dames XVII Century, Magna Charter Dames, Golden Girls Investment Club, Columbus Student’s Club, and Wynn House Board where she served as vice president who tirelessly produced the newsletter monthly for many years. She was a member of Wynnton United Methodist Church and Goodwill Class. Mrs. Andrews loved her family, her pets, and sharing her experiences of her worldwide travels.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Andrews; sister, Louise Fuller Pinter (Vance); brother, James E. Fuller, Jr. (Helen); many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
