Mary Ann Iden

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2010 in Parkhill Cemetery according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA. 31907. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Iden was born in Columbus, GA. on August 14, 1933 to the late Dewey McDowell and Freddie Hutcherson McDowell. She has lived in Columbus all of her life and was a member of the William D. Moye Chapter #427 Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Iden was preceded in death by her siblings, Dorothy Morris, Martha Bishop and James McDowell.

Survivors include her husband, Charles D. Iden of Columbus, a son Rick Iden and wife, Donna of Columbus, two daughters, Donna Arnold of Columbus and Martha Marion and husband David of Titusville, FL., three grandchildren, Kacie Arnold, Chad Iden, and Leah Kyle Arnold, a Cousin, A. J. Harris of Columbus, several nieces and nephews, two faithful companions, Snowy and Sugar and other extended family members.
