Mary Sue Bryan

A chapel service will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, March 16, 2012 in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA, 31907 with Pastor Rick Lipp officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bryan was born February 20, 1947 in Columbus, GA, daughter of the late Henry D. and Laurie Horne Durden. She worked as a CAN for Columbus Regional Healthcare, and worked for many years at West Point Pepperell, and the Bibb Mill. Mrs. Bryan was also a member of Community Chapel.

Survivors include her loving husband of 46 years, Cody Frank Bryan, Sr. of Shiloh, GA; four sons, Cody Frank Bryan, Jr., and his wife, May, Caleb Sean Bryan, Allen Keith Bryan, and Michael Wayne Bryan and his wife, Melanie; two sisters, Rita Fay Hinson, and Mary Ann Taylor; one brother, David Durden; three grandchildren, Cody Frank Bryan, III, Henry Bryan, and Patrick Bryan.
