

Maureen was born on October 12, 1959, in Columbus, Georgia. Through determination, hard work, and an unwavering belief in herself, she built a successful life and became a respected business owner, proudly owning and operating her own Kirby office. She was known for her strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met.
Above all else, Maureen was a devoted mother, sister, and grandmother. She is survived by her beloved son, Christopher F. Champion, her cherished grandchildren, Kayla A. Perrine (Nicolas), Bailey A. Champion, and Christopher A. Champion, her siblings, Nancy Jean O'Malley-Bierlein, James Patrick O'Malley, Barbara Ann Dansby, along with three great-grandchildren. She is Preceded in death by her Parents, Betty Louise Rigdon and Albert O'Malley. Her family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride in watching them grow and thrive.
Maureen will be remembered for her strength, resilience, generosity, and the lasting impact she made on the lives of those who knew and loved her. Her legacy lives on through her family and the countless memories they will forever hold close to their hearts.
Though she is no longer with us, her love, guidance, and spirit will remain with her family and friends always.
