Everyone at Parker's Pantry was deeply saddened to learn of Oscar's passing.  He brought a beam of sunshine with him every time he walked through our doors.  We will always remember his kindness, gracious spirit and his love for hot chocolate & croissants.  Our entire staff adored him and he will be greatly missed.

My sincere condolences to the Quintana family in the loss of a dear man. 

Time gets away too fast. 
It’s been many years since I’ve seen Oscar but his face with a beaming smile and chucking laugh come to fresh to my memory. 
He was always good company to be around.

You will always be my very best friend. You always let me be me and was always there for me to laugh, to talk Hurricane football and a strong shoulder to lean on. You will be missed and my heart will have an empty space but wonderful memories will always be there to fill that space. I will miss seeing that tan Chevy truck with the Miami emblem driving around town. Love you always in my own way. Be at peace my dear friend.

I am so saddened to hear about Oscar’s passing away! He was always so upbeat and friendly!! What a knowledgeable man he was about every plant and tree! Just a phone call away. He has worked for our family for years and always remembered us with poinsettias at Christmas! We all followed his sickness and uplifted him in our prayers! Please know we are thinking about the family during this most difficult time! I will miss seeing him and his green truck and trailer.
