Patricia Corley Eddings

Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday May 24, 2012 in Parkhill Cemetery according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907. Dr. Wayne Scarborough will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday after the funeral service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Eddings was born January 15, 1939 in Columbus, Georgia daughter of the late Leslie E. Corley and Aileen Spenny Corley. She was retired executive secretary for Johnston Industries. Mrs. Eddings was former president of the Columbus Exchangettes and awarded Exchangette of the year. She was Baptist by faith.

Survivors include her husband, Douglas Eddings, two daughters, Patti Montgomery and her husband Tommy, Allison Sanders and her husband Joe, all of Columbus, Georgia, a sister, Helen Medley and her husband Harry of Columbus, a brother, David Corley his wife Suzanne of Cataula, Georgia, three grandchildren, Kathryn Crase and her husband Nathan, Ashley Montgomery, and Parker Sanders all of Columbus, Georgia.
