Affectionately known as "Monchito" to those who loved him, Ramón found his greatest joy in the simplest pleasures of life. His was a familiar face at local ballparks, as he spent years cheering on his grandchildren’s games and continuing to frequently watch random baseball games over the years. Ramón was most content passing time outdoors, occasionally fishing, tending to gardens, and taking daily walks at local parks where he would embrace the serenity of nature as he greeted each passerby, befriending many over time. With family and friends alike, he was always game for a spirited round of Dominoes or hitting the bowling lanes, and always eager to relax over a cup of coffee.
The family appreciates flowers or donations made in his memory to the Alzheimer’s Association or other charitable entity of your choosing.
Ramón’s life, one full of love, passion, and exuberance is now cherished in memory, by many, and embraced in remembrance, most tenderly, by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who indulged him with care, in love and devotion, all his days.
