I am so sorry to hear of Rex's passing.I met Rex back in the 1980's while I was playing guitar at the Juwan Knight nightclub.Rex would drop by every now and then and I remember I liked him the first time we met.He was always very friendly and cheerful and I loved to hear him laugh! He truly was one of a kind and just a great guy.I'll never forget him.

I have so many memories with my Papa I don't have enough room on this site to post. However what I will say Is I know without a doubt this man was my dad, from the time him and my mom married he treated each of us kids as his own. I spent countless hours over the years just visiting with him and my mom, going out for dinner, watching football games, or just going to have a beer.. He always called me Sue jr. as he would say I was my mom made over, I always took that as a compliment because i knew he loved my mom,and knew he loved me as well. Papa, you will dwell in my heart forever, I know you are in a better place, I know you are with your loved one's and I know one day I will see you again. I love you... always and forever your daughter. Carol
