Mark Owens July 31, 1964 - June 5, 2010 PHENIX CITY, AL — Clifford Mark Owens, age 45, resident of Phenix City, AL died on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled at the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, 3 p.m. with Reverend Greg Powell officiating. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 7, 2010 from 5-7 p.m. Mr. Owens, son of Martha Ann McConnell Holloway and Clifford Clarence Owens, Jr., was born July 31, 1964 in Columbus. He was an employee of Adams Plumbing Company and a Baptist by faith. Mr. Owens is survived by his mother, Martha Holloway and her husband, Ralph of Columbus; father, Clifford C. Owens of Lake Martin, AL; wife, Tia Owens of Eufaula, AL; three sisters, Vicky Childs and her husband, Mike of Cataula, GA, Teresa Dean of Phenix City, AL, and Cathy Clayton and her husband, David of Phenix City, AL; three step-children, Levi, Roianna, and Arthur; other relatives and friends.
