Roger Dale Hogan Sr., age 67, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Roger was born in Columbus, GA to the late Ben L. and Gussy Hogan on September 13, 1957.

Roger attended Jordan High School in Columbus, Georgia and worked as a body shop manager for 25 years. He loved the ocean and being on the water, deep sea fishing was one of his favorite hobbies. But there was nothing more that he loved than his grandchildren, Hudson and Harper, spending time with them meant the world to him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ben L. Hogan and Gussy Hogan, as well as his brother Benny Hogan.

Roger is survived by his son Roger Dale Hogan Jr. (Stephanie), his daughter Taylor N. Hogan, sister Sandra Newman, sister Patricia Becker, grandchildren Hudson and Harper Hogan, and additional family members. Roger will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A graveside service for Roger will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd., Columbus, Georgia 31907.
