Sallie Enloe

Sallie S. Enloe, 87, of Waverly passed away on March 16, 2011 at Vista Care Hospice at Franciscan Woods. She was born December 4, 1923 in Geneva, County, Alabama to the late Alto Pope and Sallie Marsh Pope. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Melody Lakes Baptist Church, Waverly Hall, GA., with Reverend's John Rigby and Eddie Terrel officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 4071 Macon Road Columbus. Burial will follow in Waverly Hall City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm, Friday, March 18, 2011 at the funeral home. Mrs. Enloe has been a resident of Waverly Hall for 41 years. She was retired from Sunshine Biscuit after twenty six years of service. Other than her parents Mrs. Enloe was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey R. Enloe, a son-in-law, Ted Davis, a grandson, Lance Davis, sister, Louise Sasser and a brother, Brady Pope. Leaving to cherish her memory a sister, Anne Stein, daughter, Dianne (Rick)Morrison, two sons, Donald (Lynn) Davis and Ron (Robin) Davis, six wonderful grandchildren, Tracy (Todd) Graves, Kristi (Kevin) Lott, Ricky (Barbara) Davis, David (Brenda) Davis, Travis Davis and Tessa Davisson, 11 great-grandchildren, Chris and Cody Graves, Montana and Olivia Lott, Abbie and Avery Blandin, Taylor Davis, Ashley Mills, Logan, Abigal and Matthew Davis.
