A graveside memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Monday, May 17, 2010 in Parkhill Cemetery with Reverend Daniel Hodge officiating according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907. The family will greet friends Sunday, May 16, 2010 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bailey was born January 9, 1935 in Graceville, FL to the late Wilson and Marie Whittle Carroll. She was a bookkeeper for many years and was a Jehovah’s Witness by faith. We will miss her presence daily, but her memory will live forever in our hearts.
In Addition to her parents, Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles F. Bailey.
Survivors include her three sons, Randy King, Dennis King, and Mark King; two grandsons, Nicholas King and Connor King; three granddaughters, Cora King, Kaitlyn King, and Katrina King.
