I remember the first day I met terry on a job site.  He was a quiet guy with a very professional demeanor. He didn’t even speak to me until the end of the work day. He told me to come back the next day and I have a job. The next day I came to work, I drove my red 85 Nissan 350z. He was smiling at me when I was pulling up into the shop. When I got into the truck with him he said I have the same car and we both laughed. From that day forward he took me under his wing like his own child and showed me everything that I know today. I appreciate you terry for believing in me to be able to provide for my family doing roofing . You never fail me once, when it was 100 degrees on the roof you would come get me at the job site and take me to do repairs or estimates. You never treated me like the other workers. My heart goes out to Angie the sweetest person god could have ever created. I’m a proud owner of my own roofing company going on 10 years in Atlanta ga. Out of everyone who worked with us at Hancock roofing I took everything in heed that he showed me and made a successful career. I pray god watch over Angie, terry jr, his niece Jordan mom and Shane. Yall meant the world to him besides Jeff gordan and Elvis. I Love you buddy and Thank you for blessing me with your wisdom. May you rest in peace.

To all of you we are so sadden to learn of Terry's passing, Please know you all will be in our thoughts and prayers, He was one of a kind and loved by so many.  Please know again we are so sorry for your loss.  May god comfort you all.

This was such a fun day at Candi and little Terry's wedding.  This was the last time I saw Terry.  He always had a smile that would light up the room.  I can't imagine your pain Angie, but know he loved you so very much.  Remember the good times always. We are only in this world a brief time as Terry now is on his final journey to watch over you always.  I love you Angie and will always be here for you my friend.

I first met Terry at Becky and Shae's wedding.  I remember how welcoming he and Angie made me feel. I will always remember his warmth,  humor and nothing compared to his smile.  Terry and Angie drove me to the airport after the wedding, all I remember was how much he made me laugh ! I  was in tears the entire drive up. The last couple of Thanksgivings I spent in Columbus was at Becky and Shae's. My grandson's Will and David immediately took to Terry. I'll never forget he bet Will 5 dollars to jump in the pool,he did! And the look on Terry's face was priceless. I will miss his laugh,his smile and his sense of humor, but mostly how he made me feel to be part of the family. All my love to the Hancock family as you say your goodbyes today. May your memories help your healing and give you strength through this difficult time. Love Mama ❤
